MORE FITNESS UPDATES!

finally made it through my normal, now routine run without feeling like i was going to die by the end. decided to loop around the block twice instead of finish, which added another quarter mile to my run. i can now somewhat comfortably run 2.75 miles, with only 5 days left til the 5k (3.2 miles). i’m gonna be really bummed if i am forced to walk any of the course, so i’m going to attempt to do 2 a days starting tomorrow. and in regards to my post yesterday about diet/exercise rules, so far today i have eaten a whole grain everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, a chicken breast, a shit load of broccoli and a teeny bowl of black beans. i have also had 4 large glasses of water and an enormous unsweetened iced tea. booya.
