rules for a diet and exercise regimen for someone with little self control

  1. RUN. at least 2 miles. EVERYDAY. no excuses. do it.
  2. no more eating food at work unless it is a grilled chicken solo with no bun or a side of broccoli. nothing else. no excuses. especially no buffalo shrimp. i don’t care if they taste like heaven.
  3. beers are only allowed once a week, if drinking is required more than that, drink a vodka soda, ya jerk.
  4. no more microwave pizza, indefinitely. i don’t care how drunk you are.
  5. keep signing up for 5ks. it’s good motivation.
  6. stop watching so much goddamn hulu and netflix and go for a goddamn bike ride.
  7. eat more salad, veggies, BEETS. it is harvest season, which means the best things for veggies. go crazy.
  8. stop drinking sweet tea. unsweetened iced tea only.

i will probably think of more. til then, here are my rules. ready? go!
