rules for a diet and exercise regimen for someone with little self control
- RUN. at least 2 miles. EVERYDAY. no excuses. do it.
- no more eating food at work unless it is a grilled chicken solo with no bun or a side of broccoli. nothing else. no excuses. especially no buffalo shrimp. i don’t care if they taste like heaven.
- beers are only allowed once a week, if drinking is required more than that, drink a vodka soda, ya jerk.
- no more microwave pizza, indefinitely. i don’t care how drunk you are.
- keep signing up for 5ks. it’s good motivation.
- stop watching so much goddamn hulu and netflix and go for a goddamn bike ride.
- eat more salad, veggies, BEETS. it is harvest season, which means the best things for veggies. go crazy.
- stop drinking sweet tea. unsweetened iced tea only.
