finally made it through my normal, now routine run without feeling like i was going to die by the end. decided to loop around the block twice instead of finish, which added another quarter mile to my run. i can now somewhat comfortably run 2.75 miles, with only 5 days left til the 5k (3.2 miles). i’m gonna be really bummed if i am forced to walk any of the course, so i’m going to...

RUN. at least 2 miles. EVERYDAY. no excuses. do it.
no more eating food at work unless it is a grilled chicken solo with no bun or a side of broccoli. nothing else. no excuses. especially no buffalo shrimp. i don’t care if they taste like heaven.
beers are only allowed once a week, if drinking is required more than that, drink a vodka soda, ya jerk.
